Working in a 1-on-1 setting is extremely valuable for those looking to establish a new workout regimen. New movements and the perception of movements are introduced and EVERY movement is observed and curated to it's most efficient pattern. After your Functional Range Assessment, an all inclusive training program will be specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals.  Homework and instructional videos can also be provided to "take the lessons home."
